Michelle

Michelle graduated from Practical Nursing in 2007 and later earned a BSc in Health. She then specialized in Renal Nephrology nursing.

In 2019, she completed her 200-hour Professional Yoga Teacher Training. She went on to become a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritionist, establishing herself as a well-rounded Natural Health Practitioner.

With her strong foundation, Michelle’s journey naturally progressed to Osteopathy. She has been practicing since 2001 and is affiliated with the International Sports Science Association, the Canadian Association of Natural Nutrition Practitioners, and the Canadian Alliance of Alternative Therapy.

Experience
For 18 years, Michelle worked at the London Health Sciences Centre across various disciplines, including Cardiology, Nephrology, and Vascular Surgery. She also spent 13 years at the Middlesex London Health Unit with the Sexual Health program.

In 2018, Michelle relocated to Guelph, where she teaches yoga at senior centers in Guelph, Fergus, and Elora while continuing her osteopathy practice and studies.

Since 2019, Michelle has been working with Medleigh Osteopathic, offering a wide range of alternative therapies. Osteopathy is a gentle manual therapy that helps relieve chronic pain and promotes active daily living.
